These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services provided by Tomorrow Now AI LLC, doing business as TMRWNOW. By purchasing, using, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms and any written agreement, order form, statement of work, or invoice that applies to your engagement.

Services

TMRWNOW provides AI consulting, custom AI agent development, workflow automation, implementation support, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable written agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, requirements, access, and approvals needed for the engagement.
• Maintain responsibility for business decisions, compliance obligations, and final use of AI outputs.
• Ensure that any data, materials, credentials, and third-party content provided to TMRWNOW may lawfully be used for the engagement.
• Review and approve all workflows, automations, customer-facing messages, and operational use cases before launch.

No professional advice

Our services and AI systems are not legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance, investment, or other licensed professional advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for regulated or high-risk decisions.

Payments

Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due when invoiced. TMRWNOW may pause work for unpaid balances.

Subscriptions and ongoing services

If an engagement includes recurring support, hosting, maintenance, software access, or managed services, billing and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable agreement or invoice. Cancellation may not relieve a client of amounts already due.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials, data, and business content. TMRWNOW retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, internal systems, know-how, and general-purpose components. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Acceptable use

Clients may not use TMRWNOW services to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead users, send unlawful spam, bypass security controls, process prohibited data without authorization, or create systems intended for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

Third-party services

AI models, hosting providers, APIs, payment processors, CRMs, communication platforms, and other third-party services may be required for certain builds. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, pricing, security practices, and availability.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless otherwise stated in writing. TMRWNOW does not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, conversion rate, cost savings, customer outcome, model output, uptime, or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMRWNOW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Any liability will be limited to the amounts paid to TMRWNOW for the services giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is stated in a signed agreement.
