This Refund Policy applies to services sold by Tomorrow Now AI LLC, doing business as TMRWNOW, unless a signed agreement, proposal, invoice, or checkout page states different refund or cancellation terms.
Custom services
Most TMRWNOW engagements involve custom consulting, strategy, implementation, configuration, software setup, AI agent development, workflow design, or client-specific deliverables. Because these services require reserved time and custom work, fees for completed work are not refundable.
Deposits and setup fees
Deposits, kickoff fees, implementation fees, onboarding fees, and setup fees are generally non-refundable once work begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Milestone or project payments
If a project is billed by milestone, each paid milestone covers work completed or reserved through that milestone. Refund requests are reviewed based on the written scope, work completed, approved deliverables, and any agreement between the parties.
Subscriptions and ongoing services
Recurring support, hosting, software access, maintenance, managed services, or retainer payments may be cancelled according to the written agreement or invoice terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring fees already charged for the current billing period are not refundable.
How to request a review
To request review of a billing or refund issue, email hello@tmrwnow.ai with your business name, invoice number, payment date, amount paid, and a brief explanation of the request.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if there is a payment issue. We will review the matter in good faith and provide relevant records, invoices, agreements, communications, and delivery details if a dispute or chargeback is filed.
